This month, the Dutchess County Arts Council will make applications available for the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralized Grant Program for Community-Based Arts and Cultural Projects.
The grant has an application deadline of Monday September 21st; which is not as far away as it sounds. The maximum request is $5,000 and last year’s grant awards ranged from $500 to $2,000.
