Crain's reports that the Manhattan rental market is slowing, but that the rent on a one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan has came down nearly 7% in a year. The city has lost about 105,029 jobs since August, 2008 and, as you may have noticed, unemployment hovers at 8.1%.
